Now the Fan-Fest is gone and the trash was picked from the streets. There will be a lot of garbage again tomorrow night, as there’ll be the Love Parade. But anyway – the World Cup is over.

Laut Gazzetta dello Sport bleibt Juventus Turin der Zwangsabstieg in die Serie C erspart. Juve soll demnach künftig in der Serie B antreten und mit 20 Minuspunkten in die neue Saison starten. Dem AC Mailand wird der Startplatz in der Champions League gestrichen, sie spielen aber scheinbar weiterhin in der Serie A, allerdings mit 10 Minuspunkten.

Auch der AC Florenz und Lazio Rom müssen der Gazzetta dello Sport zufolge in die Serie B absteigen.

Update: Ich frage mich gerade… Wieso muß eigentlich Mailand nicht absteigen? Liegt das etwa daran, daß das der Club von Berlusconi ist…?

Und, lieber HSV: Wenn plötzlich all diese Weltmeister und Vize-Weltmeister wieder auf dem Markt sind… Wie wärs? ;-)
